$54,235Atlantic City is a well known vacation destination in the east coast. It is a hugely popular resort city located in Atlantic County, New Jersey. Although the city is rather prominent for its casinos, boardwalk, and beautiful beaches, it is actually much more than just a gambling destination for vacationers.
For those who are not aware, Atlantic City was recently the host of Miss America 2014 where Nina Davuluri (Miss New York) won the coveted crown, the first Indian American to do so in the pageant’s history.
The Atlantic City Boardwalk is among the most beautiful areas in the city providing magnificent views of the coast. It is also the first boardwalk ever built in the US, which opened in mid-1870. The boardwalk is home to some notable attractions, including the Boardwalk Hall, House of Blues, and Ripley’s Believe It or Not! museum.
