About Middletowne Apartments

Middletowne Apartments is located in the beautiful town of Orange Park - just south of Jacksonville, Florida. We can offer a small town atmosphere with the modern conveniences of being near the big city. Our property includes a community center, picnic pavilion, two new playgrounds, and a variety of social activities.

We follow Equal Housing Opportunity guidelines, which encourage us to contact government agencies and officials, social service agencies, and minority groups to inform persons of all backgrounds to the availability of affordable rental housing.

Our community operates under the Affordable Housing Program within Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code and the HUD Section 8 program. These programs were designed to facilitate the housing needs of low, moderate, and middle-income families

Our current waiting lists are open and we encourage you to come in and apply for your new apartment home. Water/sewer/trash are all included in the rent. Electricity is provided by Jacksonville Electric Authority at the expense of each resident. The rent is based on the applicant's income. In order to qualify for our housing all applicants must meet all of our screening criteria which is available for review at any time. Income criteria is based on extremely low to moderate income as defined by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. See income chart above.

Renovations including new roofs, new heating and air conditioning systems, and new plumbing in the bathrooms and kitchens. Please call the site manager for more information. Office is closed from 12:30 - 1:30 for lunch.
