Opened in 2013, the 46-unit building, known as The Serrano, consists of one, two, and three-bedroom floor plans. The 7 – story modern structure fits within the surrounding three-block historic Wilshire Apartment District.
Organized around a large, central courtyard featuring a children’s play area and benches, The Serrano provides ample open space and a community atmosphere for the residents.
