The city of Lima is situated in northwestern Ohio and is the county seat of Allen County. The Joint Systems Manufacturing Center, more commonly known as the Lima Army Tank Plant, is based in Lima, Ohio. The plant is most notable for being the only producer of the M1 Abrams battle tank.
