Blackstone Apartments is an 145-unit community development located in the West End neighborhood of Boston with easy access to the Charles River and Downtown Boston. The 11 story building was constructed in 1978 and sits adjacent to Massachusetts General Hospital. The hospital provides an on-site wellness and health services program for Blackstone residents. Public transit, shopping and dining are all within walking distance.
Recently renovated with energy-efficient features, Blackstone is restricted to elderly and disabled tenants. The waitlist may be currently closed.
